Shop closed when I turned up for booked appt
1Didn’t receive a call from the shop until 2 hours after my appointment should have started - she supposedly got locked out of her house and had to wait for a locksmith and couldn’t contact me as all her stuff was inside. Despite this, she waited until she got to the shop to contact me... Make of that what you will.
Everywhere else I booked with managed to keep my appointment.
