The team here at Concord Medical Centre are dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible health care. As a team we aim to work in a way that is compassionate, courteous and respectful at all times. We continuously review our standards and where possible improve them.
We offer personal general practitioner and family medical services to 14,500 patients in Little Stoke, Bradley Stoke, Filton, Patchway and Stoke Gifford from a modern health centre.
Our purpose-built medical centre in Little Stoke was opened in December 1988, and offers comprehensive health care, with up to date diagnostic and therapeutic services. Since October 2009, we also offer services from our branch site in Filton (Formerly Elm Lodge surgery). Patients from both surgeries can now choose either site.
Our online services allow you to book or cancel your appointments, request a repeat prescription or download leaflets and practice forms for you to complete in the comfort of your own home.
