It is a pleasure to use Concept Carpet Warehouse. They are professional in every respect while still remaining helpful and friendly. They say they like to give the service that they themselves would like to receive and they certainly exceed any expectations from start to finish. Prices are very competitive, they recommend and advise without being pushy and in this day and age it was so delightful to find a company which wanted us to be happy with their service. John who fitted out carpet turned up on time, started work immediately and didn't stop until the job was done. He even hoovered up when finished and took away the rubbish. We would never consider using any other company if Concept Carpet Warehouse could do the job. Very happy Parkgate residents

I would 100% recommend Concept Carpet Warehouse. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Josh in particular bent over backwards for me. I’m so grateful for how much he’s found and ordered the match of carpet I needed.
Best prices I’ve found around. Even if they haven’t got what you want in, they make sure they get in for you asap. Myself and family have bought many types of flooring and mattresses from here over the years and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Just had 2 carpets fitted in our bedrooms. We have been that impressed we are currently having our kitchen hall and dining room laminated .Joe and the team are outstanding Give really good advice highly, competitive price and very accomodating. We had to change fitting date beca use our kitchen fit out overun. Joe takes great pride in giving good customer service. We will be using them again when we do up our lounge next year. The fitters are very experience and hoover and tidy up after job completed .Fantastic service recommend to anyone without doubt .

Spot on...can't fault them

After using concept a couple of years ago there was no question of where I would recommend my nan to go..and they certainly did not disapoint! After months of poor workmanship and her home left in what can only be described as a building site, my nan finally let us intervene and help her! Her insurance company quoted over 500 for new flooring but after visiting concept we got the job done in less than 100! No job is too small for this company, they go above and beyond. .. so friendly and helpful, they genuinely want the best results for their customers. With all materials of a high quality and excellent value for money. ..not to mention the outstanding customer service I would highly recommend this company. ..even just for advice, they r always happy to help!
