I could not recommend Doug at Concept Carpet Cleaning more highly! He did an incredible job cleaning and removing some difficult stains on our large wool rug and we are so pleased with the results. He was thorough, took time to understand our main areas of focus and put us at ease throughout. Doug was prompt and efficient and really skilled at what he does, thanks again!

Fantastic service

Concept Carpet Cleaning came to revive a second hand chair I purchased and I’m so glad I found them. Such a friendly, informative and above all wonderful service which resulted in my chair looking brand new. I would highly recommend to everyone and most certainly use their services again in the future.
