Bad customer service is this a retail shop

I have just bought ink from this shop and couldn't believe the bad service. I slightly older gentleman was in the front area of the shop in view of customers and although he knew I had entered the shop, he continued to ignore me for 3-4 mins he then looked directly at me and then looked away without speaking, and still did not serve me. I only give the one star because the younger man who did eventually serve me was very pleasant, I even felt the need to tell the younger man in the shop of my disbelief, ensuring that the other man could hear me but still did not get any response from him.
