Computer Surgery

This sole trader wants your money but is not interested in customer service. He has no idea what he has put me through for the last year. He sold me a laptop that had a faulty build on it, didnt fix it for a whole year, fobbing me off that he did not know what a certain function was in Windows. On the 3rd attempt of rebuilding the laptop it was finally fixed but not at the expense of my time and petrol as this was for a friend who does not live near me. His customer service is appalling as he did not check back with me after all that I have been through, instead chose to block me which is just playground childish behaviour. The reason for this blocking, well you would have to ask him but I am presuming he did this because he was not being paid for his errors in the first place, ie not one but 2 faulty builds.

Nick was very helpful, right from the off. My laptop presented a fault on a Sunday evening. I emailed then, hoping it would be picked up on Monday morning - he replied within half an hour, and then when I was able to drop the laptop in, it was fixed and running better than before the issue had presented within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Really helpful with a level of expertise and knowledge well beyond the superstores that totally instils confidence. I had a problem with my computer not connecting to the internet. An efficient diagnosis rectified the problem swiftly and I left knowing more about my PC than when I walked through the door. Having visited, would certainly use services again and would trust to provide remote support. Great service.

We bought a printer direct from Hewlett Packard and had nothing but trouble setting it up. It was impossible to get any help from their support pages on the website so in desperation we rang Computer Surgery. He said bring the printer down and he would check it out. He said it was faulty and needed to be returned. Nick even offered to pack it up and return it for us.

We bought a new printer from him which he set up for us in the shop and then talked me through the rest on the phone when we got home.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be using Computer Surgery for all our computer needs in future and it is so good to know that you can actually speak to a human being on the phone if you have a problem.
