Saved from Scam

Fell for Virgin scam and downloaded remote access file before realising so shut down. Computer Repair Guy talked me through finding and deleting the program permanently so no damage done. Can't thank him enough. Very clear and concise, friendly attitude. Would give 10 stars no problem! B McK.

Very good service indeed, excellent with communication and also sorted out my problems very swiftly and my PC is now running much more quickly and smoothly. I'd highly recommend Kieran - who collected from my house and returned it repaired to my house. Very good value for money too. Thank you very much!
