took laptop in as it had a few things wrong with it. a swollen and goosed battery and a broken Cd/DVD drive… and cracked casing. Malcolm has replaced the drive (and says it’s working fine!) and ordered new battery. casing can’t be replaced or glued but he managed to make it a whole lot better. All for a good price too! excellent service. Thank you Malcolm 🙏🏼

Great service, kept me updated throughout, reasonable prices. Took a little longer than normal due it being at the holidays and with the Royal Mail strikes, but this was no fault of the company and got it fixed as fast as possible and to a high standard. Definitely recommend.

Recently handed in an all-in-one PC that was slow as treacle - was trying to save numerous files before they disappeared. I knew that the hard drive would benefit from being upgraded to a SSD hard drive. Called the online number and Malcolm was very responsive. I'm very I.T. literate but was impressed by his quick response. Have used a number of Kirkcaldy companies over the years but will definitely use their services again.

I took in my laptop after I'd dropped and broken the screen, and other bits! They fixed it all very quickly and kept me up to date as to the progress of the repairs. Much faster service than that large PC chain up on the retail park would have been, and quite possibly cheaper too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
