They charge %25 for Restocking fee for returned products. Rip Off

I bought a power Supply and the package was broken for £45. and when I returned it they charged me 25% for returning the item in its working condition as I bought it . under a claim "restocking fee" which is £11.25 - £45 = £33.75. And that's the refund I recieved for returning the power supply with its broken package. Don't deal with them they will rip you off.
