Had window glass replaced and new window put in. The quality of the windows are great I can fault them but the customer service was appalling. Damage to my property took over 2months to get it resolved. Hillary very ignorant and cheeky on the phone. Would not recommend.

Our front door was installed on June 14th and there are many problems with it. Not only is the door two different colours (one leg is grey on a black door) , the internal trim is sagging away, the lock housing is not square and there is a grey paint splash across the front of the black door. In addition, it does not work properly and as a result we have been locked out of the house on occasion. Despite these problems being obvious from day one Complete Window Systems left our door like this on 14th June. After sales care and communication is non-existent and it is now almost September and Complete Window Systems have shown little desire to rectify this.

A Complete Experience

Complete Window Systems gave us excellent service from the advice at design stage, to precise measurement, through to fitting. We spent a long time looking for the perfect door for us. Now, we have a stylish and secure front door. The installers, Peter and Ricky ,were highly professional and skilled, and carried out a very efficient job. They showed real pride in their work and were a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And a real plus nowadays, they tidied up afterwards !
Thank you also to Hilary, Nicole and Marian of Complete Windows System . A 'complete' job !

Amazing customer service (highly recommend)

Fantastic customer service. Replaced all my single glazed windows to double glazed and replaced my front and back doors. It looks amazing and has made a massive difference when heating is on. All in the space of a 3 week turn around from order to finish. Highly recommend.
