A car accident 30 years ago resulted in whiplash injuries which only troubled me 10 years later. My symptoms were severe sharp neck pains, pain between my shoulder blades and almost constant dull lower back pain. I was unable to have restful sleep. I was referred to Physiotherapy but that didn't help so I attended an osteopath. The first visit improved my neck problems 90%. After several years of regular visits to osteopaths I still had the remaining neck problems and my back pains were no better. I researched Chiropractic and having read glowing reports decided to visit Complete Chiropractic Chelmsford. Dr Paul examined me and felt that he could assist. After various adjustments I am like a new man! No neck, middle or lower back pains now and I am sleeping much better. Thank you Complete Chiropractic and I thoroughly recommend them to any suffering human being.
