Carpets and upholstery were in desperate need of cleaning, and on the advice of several local people we asked Richard to do the job. There were several marks on the carpet that we thought would never come off, but Richard sorted them all out. He did a great job at reasonable cost; turned up exactly when he said he was going to, and worked hard to get the job done as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
