Very professional and friendly/ polite service, especially in these covid times. Very honest, I had my X5 headlights refurbished which took a little bit longer than quoted but Chris kept me informed without any excuses, always up front and no bull. Definitely recommend these people 👍

Just collected my car, it had three large pieces of damage and now it is in prestige condition. The work is exceptional so much better than expected. The staff were so friendly, always remembered my name, so polite and easy to talk to. The valuation was amazing and the best price around and there were no hidden costs, they actually tried to do it cheaper than the quote. So overwhelmingly happy with the results and the service. Would recommend every time.

Just collected my car and what a brilliant job they have done!
Courtesy car wasn’t ready so Chris went out of his own way to take me home and collect me when my car was ready!
Very grateful.
Hopefully won’t have to see you for anything again but if I do, will definately be returning.

General repairs only, dont give them a car you care about.

They did an ok job but damaged the car in a few areas, left scuffs & parked the car in a dark area when i came to collect seemingly trying to hide this, they kept the car for 2 more weeks & made some of the repairs, not all but i was unimpressed &i wanted my car back. Since getting the car back however ive found that they seemingly lost some of the screws & bolts holding trim, the bumper & the skirts on & either used random ones in their place or didnt bother to fit any screws or bolts at all, my bumper rattles now since they lost the retaining bracket, the bolts, clips etc are not easy to find & arent cheap to replace, no respect for their customers cars, not impressed. 2 stars only cause the paint job wasnt bad
