Laptop repair

Unprofessional.
He damaged my pc after holding it for around 4 weeks. He has taken 4gb ram without at all informing me of damaged ram. Once I mentioned to him that my ram was missing, he gave me immediately from bellow the table a 2gb ram. But this was not my ram as my original ram was 4gb.
He cut the password of my genuine windows. Why?
I do not know if her has also taken other parts from my pc.
Do not trust.

where is my phone

trusted that I could leave my phone with shop owner and paid 70 pounds to be told it would be delivered back to me tonight. I am still waiting with no phone and urgent phone calls to make. Do not trust these people. He said he would call me and I have been waiting since 6pm with no phone to call out on. Where are you mate. I have paid you 70 pounds, i am needing to phone my mum who is ill and I am still waiting with no call from you . Disgusting
