Committed2Care really are committed to their clients!

Committed2Care (C2C) were the only company that stood out when I read their CQC Reports. It’s rare to see a care provider receive an “exceptional grade” for their carer’s! I discussed everything with my husband’s medical team, and they were astounded when I advised them that C2C had an “exceptional grading” for their carers.

We have found C2C very easy to work with and I must give them a big shout out for their diligence and hardwork throughout Covid too!

My husband carers are particularly patient with him when he is confused, which is often. They always treat him with dignity and respect. When he is admitted into hospital, he will never allow their staff to bathe, feed or really touch him and he always brags to them that “his carers will be waiting for him when he gets home” 😊

I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants and needs exceptional care and service from a very professional company.

My Father was one of their first clients and was looked after so well until his death recently. The care staff become part of the family and are all, always willing to go above and beyond in supporting the clients needs.
As a family we could also be quite demanding, it also doesn't help that they know our jobs within the working world so knew expectations would be high, despite all of this the whole organisation has always gone above and beyond in finding solutions to challenges with my Fathers best interests at the heart of every decision. If you are looking at getting some help for a loved one I would urge anyone to contact Kerry and Louise at C2C. it was one of the best decisions I ever made

It is difficult to express my profound admiration for the care, attention and love given to my mom during her final months.
The care provided was of the very highest standard. Mom was cared for in a loving way, which truly meant a great deal to me personally.
I always found the owner to be very professional and genuine person who is very passionate about the care they provide.
Each member of the team are so friendly and caring, you were made to feel like family. They always made time to talk and answer any questions you asked. Nothing was ever to much trouble.
They were extremely efficient and punctual, providing a high standard of care which was always provided with careful consideration of the needs of the patient and the family.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you did for our mom and for all of the support that you gave to us as a family.

Kerry and her committed2 care team were individually and collectively marvellous . They provided a level of home care for my father in law that I did not think existed. He was very well looked after with care and compassion by all of the carers

they were punctual and understanding of the patients and the family's needs and carried out their role faultlessly . They come highly recommended from my family and myself.
