An excellent experience. I ordered a futon last Sunday from Comfy Living. I received a courtesy call in person on Monday to confirm. A message on Tuesday told me it would be delivered Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Another call on Thursday to say it would arrive that day. Then the delivery company texted with live courier maps and futon delivered by a very good driver. Faultless from start to finish.
The futon: assembled in 10 minutes-sitting on it now! Brilliant.

I still don't have my items. My contract is with comfy living.... they failed on every level. Karen was patronising and unsympathetic and the company will not compensate in anyway for the inconvenience caused by misleading delivery dates at the time of purchase, she would not organise next day delivery of another set which I offered to pay for (and return the part set) nor would she accept any responsibility for what has happened, now I am left waiting for a table which may or may not turn up at some point, I only have some components and a cancelled party and 2 companies whom won't take any responsibility, great for £419!

Awkward writing a negative review as the bed I bought is a present for my daughter. I would like a full refund so I can buy a bed and mattress that is safe and comfortable to sleep on but reading reviews I haven’t a hope in............

If you want to avoid loosing your money time and distress- don’t buy from them !!! Extremely poor customer service, unprofessional, cheating, poor quality products- just cheaters!!

Terrible AVOID

The worst company ever. I bought a very expensive mattress but they sent me the cheapest one. They did not accept to exchange it or return it until I pay return fees.
