Collins Electric Co. was formed in 1948 by Artie Collins. He started the company on Deramore Avenue in the Ormeau Road Area of South Belfast, where we are still located today. Initially, the business was formed as electrical contractors, performing machinery servicing and power tool repairs. We have been providing electricians in Belfast for over 60 years.

Now in our third generation at Collins, we have adapted to suit current needs. We offer a huge range of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services across the province. These services include: installation of fire alarms, data cabling, emergency lighting, outdoor and patio lighting, inspection & testing (including PAT testing for businesses) and all manners of maintenance work.

Reliable but not cheap.

Came and sorted out a minor problem, great service and the electrician were courteous and polite but I wouldn't recommend to family or friends due to the fact they were quite expensive than other electricians.

A pleasure to do business with.

This was the first time we used Michael Collins and we were very impressed with his attention to detail and giving us exactly what we wanted without making a fuss about it, nothing was too much bother. Very professional and the lady in the office was extremely helpful also. All work carried out to a very high standard. Will definitely use again.
