The driver was arrogant and a dangerous driver.

Driver incapable of driving past a bicycle at a 1.5m even after advising him(he had stopped for a newspaper ) that he should leave more distance. His response was that he could not hear me then procceded to invade my personal space too during the Covid pandemic without a mask. He then proceeded to do this again to another cyclist leaving them about 50cm from a high sided vehicle.
The driver was arrogant and a dangerous driver. Clearly has no idea of social distancing so they should not be taking passengers at this time.

Thank you for your feedback. The driver has been interviewed following the incident this morning as we take all allegations very seriously. I can only apologise that you feel the driver behaved in an arrogant manner. This is not reflective of the high standard of driving and behaviour that all our drivers are expected to exhibit at all times. I would like to reassure that all our drivers have been issued with necessary PPE for transporting passengers (the minibus was empty at the time which is why he was not wearing a mask) and have had full training on maintaining social distancing and the necessary steps we have taken as a business to review our practices to keep our essential workers safe during this time. The driver is confident that he did not come within 2m of you but lent forward as he was unable to hear you. Again I am sorry if you felt this was not appropriate. As a small family business facing great challenges during the pandemic poor reviews are very damaging to us. We appreciate the feedback as it allows us to remind our drivers how important their behaviour on the road is to us. Job Well Done

Recently done a trip with collins coaches to forest of dean gloucester they gave a fantastic quote for the job and our driver jock was entertaining and proffesional throughout right down to the 90 degree turns and roads far too small for the coach(sorry) the coach wasnt the newest we travelled in but it was clean and confortable so done us fine would thoroughly recommend this company to everyone thanks again will be rebooking soon

A trip to Manchester with 10+ Stone Roses fans is no easy feat but Collins Coaches pulled it off. Faultless from the start of the journey till the end. We would definitely use them again for another overnight festival stay.
