Unwilling and unable to help.

I walking into Colin Lee yesterday as i has an eye problem. I had a soft contact lens that i couldnt get out of my eye. It was painful so i hoped that i could get some assistance. The lady at reception said that it was possible to help me as a walk in patient. Then another lady who was not an optician came over to tell me that if they had not supplied the lens they were unwilling to help me. I explained that i couldn't drive to another opticians but there was nothing they were willing to do. So i m afraid i cant leave a positive review as they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. I had to get a lift to another optician who couldn't do enough to help and i am extremely grateful.
