Professionalism with kindness and respect.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Coles Funeral Directors. Due to restrictions caused by Covid 19 I was treated with utmost respect and sympathy while maintaining what social distancing was possible. The hearse which looked more like an estate car reversed into the drive making body transfer as inconspicuous as possible.

From arriving at the crematorium the professionalism of the Director and staff ensured that utmost respect was shown at all times. Though not the funeral we had planned, special music was arranged with some difficulty for the pieces of music John chose to be played, and despite the tears I appreciated the empathetic personal care afforded me. The small bunch of lilies of the valley picked in our garden, was placed on the coffin, holding memories that meant more to John and I, than all the lavish wreaths that otherwise would have been there.

Their website has a memorial site for remembrance and to enable payments to the charity of my choice.
