Car had full service and brakes done today, kept fully informed throughout with fantastic service as always Thank you

We been coming here years before we went away on holiday my wife clutch packed up …I do not usually ring round for quotes on this occasion I did haveing been on the phone for about 90 mins .I was getting drop it down an we will have a luck .as the clutch had gone impossible.some of the remarks some of our local mechanics verged on brainless.rang Matt and Andy .told they’d have a look and let me know .a couple of days passed got told exactly what was wrong with our car a break of the cost ….now that is what we want ….this place is just a family friendly business run by two brilliant chaps who would never rip you off .why bother going anywhere else ….no wonder there part of the good garage scheme.. Well I’ve got a Jaguar F Pace - following a service at main dealer in January I was told I need new discs and pads front and back within next 2 months was given an estimate cost of £1500 ( inschape Derby )
They rang me a least 4 times between Feb and April to book car in !!

Went to Coleman’s to book MOT and Brake Discs and pad replacement
Matt asked his Technician ( Jaguar trained by the way ) to check brakes whilst I was there and guess what ? He said I’d got 15,000 miles left on front pads - back pads were low but he’d check and replace um if need be on MOT day
Disc were corroded but that was normal !

Following MOT pass and new rear pads £1500 estimate turned into £223 bill

My advice - don’t go to main dealer !! They’ll have ya pants down in a flash

Go to Coleman’s - Brilliant customer service , value for money - honesty and integrity - quality workmanship

My car would not start, and I was unaware of MOT expiring. To make matters worse I had put petrol in the diesel tank. RAC would not recover due to expiration of MOT (warning for anyone if you break down at the roadside!)

Not only were Coleman's able to recover, but they pumped the tank, replaced the fuel filter, and did the relevant checks to ensure that there was no internal damage.

Luckily there wasn't, they then did the MOT and ensured that I get a text next year as a reminder. I even got a courtesy car to ensure that I would get to work and back.

I would not use another garage.

Other garages tried but Coleman’s were the only one to succeed with resolving my Peugeot 208 engine warning light, thorough investigation and resolved at a superb price, detailed explanation and first class customer service. Only one garage I am going to now!!!!
