Absolutely AWFUL

Dont bother with here, save yourself the trouble and aggro. These guys are beyond unprofessional, its unclean - your literally offered dirty towels and there is hair every where but to top it off if you have a complaint they dont listen and they do not care because they already have all your money. I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to respond to me and i am the one who has been following it up to no avail. The Laser hair removal, the cold air was not working and the room was hot so they were literally burning me. I had to walk out of my appointment as i could not take the pain anymore. After having had laser hair removal several times this was by far the worst experience EVER

I came in for a consultation for Laser Hair Removal and I found the customer service from the Staff members excellent. The clinic is very clinical and tidy! The knowledge the therapist had was outstanding, I can not wait until I see reductions from my Laser treatments. Thank you girls!
