Peter and his team are amazing. They completed our loft conversion and small extension to the front of the property with impressive speed, but not at the expense of the quality. There were always at least four people on site, normally five or six.

We didn't move out. This meant that at times they had to deal with two children, a dog and two inquisitive adults...nothing fazed them.

The site was always clean and tidy. They ensured that disruption to power, water and family life was kept to a minimum. They were very self-sufficient having a port-a-loo in the garden and their own kitchen area set up in the loft space.

They ordered all of the fixtures and fittings for us. We worked out what we wanted (balcony, sanitary ware, etc.) and let them know. They were often able to find the identical product at a more competitive price.

Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Coker design and build were great with listening to what we wanted, gave clear and fair quotes, completed the job in the time that was stated, even when it meant going the extra mile to get the job done and to an excellent standard that we were wowed by. We wanted someone that could do absolutely everything without us needing to get different people in for different things and he was able to help supply things we needed, this made our experience very hassle free!
We had the work completed whilst we were away, the house and surrounds were super tidy and we appreciated the effort made to ensure everything was pretty clean, dust free and ready to go upon our return.
Peter is a great guy to approach, nothing was too much trouble and his years of experience with a skilled team make his company a sound choice for any project - would highly recommend.
