I cannot thank the staff enough - I was such a nervous bride and the relaxed atmosphere was so nice - I was allowed to explore the store and choose what to try on rather then having things forced upon me - although a suggestion from my assistant actually ended up being my dress !
My family were welcomed with open arms and made to feel just as important as me, I really cannot thank the shop enough and cannot wait to wear my gorgeous dress

After almost 9 months of waiting for my dress to arrive, the top part of it arrived in a size that was far too big (4 weeks before the wedding). They didn't offer support to provide the correct size. Instead, they sent me away to go and see their seamstress (which you need to pay for yourself).
I had trust in their expertise but was left very disappointed by their service when the dress arrived. I feel they need to take responsibility when the end product is not what you paid for and expected to receive.

Having been to a fair few shops and struggled to find what I wanted I cannot believe I found it !! My consultant at Mia Sposa couldn't have been more helpful she put me at ease automatically and within minutes of me trying dresses on she knew exactly what I was looking for which I hadn't experienced in any of the other shops I had been to!
She picked me a gown to try which I completely dismissed on the rail but was absolutely beautiful on - I felt like a real princess !!
The staff were a pleasure, making sure we had drinks and making the whole experience brilliant - I cannot wait for my dress to arrive now !!!!

Mia Sposa is well worth a visit - all the consultants were very friendly and lovely to deal with, they have a great selection and the shop is beautiful, spacious and relaxed! I was told to visit and now I'll recommend it to every one I know and can't wait to wear my dress! Thanks girls!x

I went to Mia Sposa based on a friends recommendation who purchased their dress last year! Just like her I had a great experience here, they have the best selection of dresses and the level of service was brill! I went to a few other shops in the area but the consultants and service just didn't compare to here. I found the prices very competitive as well. All round very good ... Thank you!
