About Our Founder

Daniel Stinga has a natural passion and talent for cocktail creation and mixology. His dedication to crafting beautiful cocktails and seeing satisfied customers prompted him to create Cocktails and Bar Events, an innovative cocktail bar hire company.

Daniel started out in the bartending and cocktail events industry working with his best friend, a fellow bartender, at events. He quickly realised his talent and skill as a mixologist and his love of interacting with clients and seeing their satisfaction at sipping a mighty good cocktail.

Daniel attended the International School of Bartending and started his own business in 2013. Daniel wanted to put his experience and dedication to good use by creating and leading a team of mixologists who could spread his love of cocktails throughout the UK.
