1. MOBILE COCKTAIL BAR

Cocktail & Caffeine is an independent business providing an exciting mobile cocktail bar which can come in different shapes and sizes depending on your event, a fully lit marquee is also available. We will work closely with the organiser to ensure that all of your specifications are met and you are totally happy with the offering before your event. This includes tailoring the cocktail menu, spirit selection and other stock, offering the correct ambience for the type of event and meeting any other requirements you may have.

2. TRAINING

Cocktail & Caffeine offers high level training to hospitality businesses in Kent who are either starting up and require guidance or are already established and wish to offer further training.

The business is founded by Steven Harwood-Brown from Folkestone, Kent who has years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked in management roles in upmarket cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels and high standard coffee shops giving a well rounded perspective and knowledge of customer and staff needs. We can help you design an elegant and exciting cocktail menu and offer full support and training, working as part of your team until you and your staff are confident. Steve has worked with some of the most recognised baristas in London and can provide your staff training that will set your business apart from competition and give you the edge in your area.
