Avoid at all costs !!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS , ignore the positive reviews on Instagram and their website , these people are not to be trusted , unless you want to be scrambling around last minute like we are now looking for a replacement for our daughters party , extremely poor and obnoxious communication style , they don’t really understand customer service and they are not a real business , awful. Avoid avoid avoid !

Awful service !!!!

Booked for a castle had confirmation 2 days before I explained on their notes when booking the time of the party as it's in a venue, party started at 12:30 finishing at 15:30 and the castle turned up at 13:50, the boss spoke to me on the phone and was very rude! Saying he doesn't do time slots his email said different and when I said I'm not happy paying the full price as I would be having it for an hour and a half he said get my men to remove it now! It also came absolutely rotten! I will never use this company again !

Poor communication and customer service

Not sure this is a business at all.... called and sent repeated messages including an email and voice mail for almost two weeks in an attempt to make a booking. (Booking link on website didn't work.) I received one half hearted message telling me to book online despite me stating their website wasn't working properly. Baffled as to why they didn't want my business, I ended up booking with someone else. Don't bother wasting your time!

Terrible customer service

Hired a bouncy castle with 'music' and lights. They brought the bouncy castle without the wire for the music. Said I would have been refunded some of the money because of this. When it was collected the person stated they knew nothing about this and did not carry cash. Since this have ignored any messages, tweets and texts. Appalling customer service would not recommend.
