Patrick is an amateur who has no training or relevant skills- my roof was left in a worse state and work had to be started again.

Patrick's team didn't finish the job and the roof leaks, Patrick's solution is to block my number instead of fix the work. He took payment for half the job but didn't fix the leak.

That company is really spot on. I had a problem with my roof, they came extremely fast, make me the best offer and finished everything we were talked about. Also, they make a full inspection of my roof and make repairs of a thinks that I didn't notice from down side that they are broken and all that in the price of the best offer I received so far, compared with other companies. Patrick and his team were excellent. He is a really friendly chap and spent considerable time discussing my requirements prior to starting. They were considerate workers and the work is of an excellent standard. Patrick was also able to respond to urgent/horrible additional jobs like the rebuilding of a collapsed drain! I bought my new home last year, an 1870 terrace which needed wor in the roof. I called in Coastal Building Solutions headed up by Patrick Ross.

Up there they found the issues were worse than the survey reported, and showed me phone photos and videos to show me. The urgent need —- hence extra work — was obvious.

Worse still, they had noticed when repairing a chimney that part of roof was unstable underfoot. When they exposed the framework eves the rear pitched, they discovered why: in recent years someone had removed supporting timbers, leaving enormous weight stressing the remain timbers, the main having cracked in two places and could give way at any moment and the roof would collapse.

Patrick and team at once had my household evacuate the top floor, installed steel props.

With a master roofer now joining them, Coastal Building Solutions worked in sweltering sunshine to rebuild and repair the roof and it’s now stable and safe, and should remain so for decades.
