Outstanding Customer Service - A truly Fantastic Experience - Would recommend to all ages

Outstanding Service - I recently decided to rekindle my music skils via lessons after 20 years - i decided I wanted to trade in my rather large organ and upright Piano for a baby grand and portable organ, I have previously purchased from Coach House Paino's a number of years ago - but I can truly say whilst they have grown their high exemplary service and product has in no way been compromised. I was in awe - the subject knowledge of Aled in sales was outstanding - everyone treated me with superb customer skills and I ended up spending a lot of money in 1/2 an hour - truly awesome. Their choice of piano's and organs immense to fit everyone's budget - Thank you

Love it here and all my friends loved it to

Great guest house we stay for my 60th birthday on the 8th of march to the 10th I would recommend this place very friendly, food was beautiful ,place was spotless can wait to go back

Selling made easy

I had the unfortunate need to sell a beautiful Steinway grand piano for a friend who had passed away.
Luckily I got in touch with Coach house pianos who proved to be not only friendly and approachable, but compassionate, knowledgeable and highly efficient.
The removal of the piano was from a second floor apartment and a crane had to be organised and coordinated with the removal team.
I can never thank Nick and his team enough for their “hands on, we can do it approach” and for taking the stress away from a very difficult situation.
The price to purchase the piano and options offered were fair and I felt completely reassured and I must say relieved that I had contacted Coach House Pianos.
I cannot praise this company highly enough and recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a piano. I can’t imagine a better service.

Expertise, quality.

Just brilliant.
The Kawai GX3 has exceeded expectations.
Have purchased Steinway model O from coach house pianos in the past and this company is definitely one to trust. Makes the whole experience of purchasing and owning a piano a real pleasure.
