Total shambles.
Had booked a 16 seater from Stormont to Newtownabbey after a family wedding.
33 seater was waiting but driver said he was booked to drop us off in city centre. Driver made several calls to head office but got no help and eventually agreed to take our group to Newtownabbey - about half an hour after we should have left. He received a number of calls from his next - and overdue - booking but could offer no help to them.
Have e-mailed a complaint but have heard nothing back.

Without going into detail we used another company for years and buses were always late with excuse after excuse
