Manufacturers warranties are out with our control once they are requested, worth bearing in mind has been a pandemic ongoing for the last few months and everything is likely to be delayed. Only so much we can do and have done, never had anyone chase up a warranty in the last 5 years and sure it will reach you directly.

5He showed us photos of all the issues and problem areas that needed addressed and proposed a cost effective replacement.
Much to our surprise the replacement was very well priced and decided to go ahead. The new rubber roof looks good and have no issues since. Highly recommended
