We moved into a house which has a heating system which was designed and fitted by Clwyd Heating. A number of problems seemed to be apparent and we contacted this firm by telephone to discuss the issues. Over a six month period we telephoned 4 times and each time the call was answered by a lady who assured us that she would leave the information with the engineer for him to call us back. There has been no response to all of the telephone calls. We are surprised at the complete lack of courtesy and the non existence of after sales service. A simple telephone conversation would have resolved some of the difficulties. Obviously I cannot recommend this company.

My old boiler broke down on New Years Day! Telephoned Clwyd Heating not expecting a response, yet they answered and attended same day. I decided it was time for a new boiler. John offered expert and unbiased advice, and within 3 days (bearing in mind time of year) my new boiler was installed. A Totally Professional and Outstanding service by a Very experienced,honest and exceptional company. Rarely found.
My advice?- don't go anywhere else!!
