Excellent service. My mum's TV hadn't been working properly for ages, bought her a new TV but wanted aerial looked at and help setting it up. Andy replied really promptly and came round the same morning at exactly the time he said he would. Diagnosed the problem as 4g mast interfering with signal. Installed a boaster, set the TV up, even in the settings so it switched on to the channel my elderly mum watches most often. Very polite, knowledgeable, very good price, and all round excellent service.

Andy was great. My 89 year old mum was worried about having a stranger in her flat. Andy reassured her and put her at ease. We had a problem connecting router to signal booster to telephone, our cables looked like spaghetti. Andy was able to sort out our mess, check all cables and get the phone and internet
Working perfectly. His fee reflected the quality of his work which was great. Mum and I noticed that he respected the flat by wearing overshoes. We definitely recommend him.

We needed our screen and aerial connecting in the new house we have just bought and contacted Andy after reading good reviews. Suffice it to say, we were not disappointed!
He showed us what we did have already by way of connections and explained what we needed to ensure no wires were showing below the wall-mounted monitor. Then he connected everything up (including to a second TV in an upstairs room) and patiently talked us through how the new system, which was unfamilar to us, is operated.
Throughout he was respectful, knowledgeable and skilful in adding the necessary connections for us and left us very satisfied and delighted customers.
Finally, his bill for the work was, we thought, very reasonable too for the work, which took about 90 minutes overall. So, we have no hesitation in recommending Clwyd Aerials. Thanks, Andy!

I had a problem with my satellite dish signal. Andy was easy to contact and very helpful. He arrived promptly, clearly identified the problem to me and replaced the LNB unit there and then. He was very thorough, checking that all my media equipment was functioning as a result of the repairs. When entering my house he put protective covers on his shoes and left everything neat and tidy. I have no hesitation in awarding him 5 stars and would definitely recommend him to others. In my opinion his charges were very fair for the work carried out.
