Club Zest Ladies Leisure

I have been a member of Club Zest since April 2008 and I would never look back. I hadnt done any form of exercise since leaving school in 1999 and I was so nervous at joining a gym but I felt at ease straight away with the instructors.
In with membership you get full use of gym which has a wide variety of machies and classes which is what I tend to do including bums and tums, dance, abs fab and spinning at a small fee.
All the instructors are fantastic and everyone is treat as an individual you are not just a number.
If you are looking for a ladies only gym I would not look past Club Zest
