Excellent service!

Have used Clive's services a few times now, and he is always reliable and honest. Recently my boiler wouldn't fire up. Left Clive an email and he came the next day and on time. Fixed the boiler no problem and left the area clean and tidy. My mum and sister have also used Clive many times and have always been very pleased with the service. I would reccommend him to anyone!

Poor service - failed to diagnose simple problem - charged £60 for 10 mins work - avoid

Very poor service and communication.
I called to make an appointment - later he dealt with my wife. At no point did he mention a call-out charge, until he was about to leave and charged £60 for less than 10 minutes - claiming it was a call-out charge.
He failed to identify to problem, claiming there was no oil. He added more water in the system, increasing the pressure above 2bar (1bar is only required for my boiler) this caused a small leak.
I later investigated to find 1/7 of a tank of oil. I also found that the tank filter was blocked - one of the most basic things to check - within an hour, I had fixed the issues.
I called to request a refund several times to learn they were intentionally not answering my calls. I sent emails in the end leading to be increasingly frustrated by their lack of customer service and willing to accept responsibility.
Avoid this one.
