I found Mr Harris to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, empathetic and engaged. He and his team provided an exemplary service, at very reasonable cost, covering all aspects(including several that I had not thought of) and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We are just so grateful to God for directing us to Clive. Having no knowledge of Swansea we went with our collective gut instincts and chose Clive Harris from the website. From our first contact with Clive - friendly, professional and considerate, he dealt with concerns before we realised that they existed. He took the trouble to collect the paperwork from the Registrars Office so that we didn't have to and delivered our brother to us at the hotel we were staying at before his final journey home. In between he helped organise a fitting tribute and service for our Hughie with every detail receiving his personal care and the touch of a man who clearly treats his clients with the utmost respect. Hughie has now gone home in a fine casket, to rest with his mum and dad. Thank you Clive for helping us through and making a sad occasion more than bearable, Phil and Barbara Brierley

Grief has many guises, but my way of coping was to research and do as much as I could to ensure our son of 28 was laid to rest in a way that was right for us. On one of many sleepless nights, I came across compare the coffin.com - You purchase a coffin and put together a funeral plan which they send out to local funeral directors. What a blessing that was, as Clive was one of the two (out of 9) who contacted me. Clive was professional, humorous, respectful but most of all open and honest - And this was exactly what we needed. He listened and made suggestions which ensured we had a lovely yet very personal graveside service. His integrity is second to none, as some of his suggestions saved us money at a loss to himself... You won't get that from the corporate funeral directors I can assure you. I truly hope Clive does well as it's about time the monopoly and taboo around death and funerals is challenged by people more transparent and ethical and Clive is both of these! 😘
