Have been using this salon since it opened. I have a regular stylist within the salon but in the past my hair has been styled by almost all the stylists in the salon and I can honestly say that I have been delighted with the results whoever has styled my hair. All the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere within the salon is great. I would advise you to make an appointment if possible because on most days it is a very busy salon, but there are times when you could just walk in a stylist would be available mainly at the beginning of the week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) but there are more stylists working on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays so there is also a chance on those days that you would get an appointment. I was delighted to find at my last appointment (I go every 2 or 3 weeks for either a colour or just wash and blow dry) that they had a nail technician. Her name is Sarah and although she has just recently trained she did an excellent job on my nails and at a great price.
