AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! following installation my joiner made me aware that one of the timbers (door stop) was slightly bowing hence the door would not sit flush. After reporting it numerous times and took me around 6 weeks to start getting a reply. Whilst they did say they would send a new frame I asked for further compensation for the work to be carried out with a quote of £300. I was offered a mere £40 and told they aren’t responsible for the cost of installation…..No but why should I have to pay double the labour because of their defective product. I would really look elsewhere.

Doors arrived on time, is about all I can say. No instructions what so ever. Frame and track have to be cut and jointed to size, literally a basic frame, nothing routed for hinges or locks. The runners are and accessories are like out of a children's play set. Customer service is shocking. Cost me £200 to return the items they then gave me a 20% refund on the frame because I had opened the box, which I had to open the box because to realise I purchased a load of rubbish that wasn't fit for purpose. Avoid this place at all cost, worst experience of buying something online ever!!!

If I had read other reviews before using this company I wouldn’t of bothered. Whilst the doors arrived promptly, we spent £1400+ with this company and one door costing £146 has a fault which has only been noted following priming with the recommended primer the company gave. Glue on the door from manufacturing has caused the primer not to take in certain areas even following sanding. I was honest and said we had only just noticed as we had had a large scale renovation and the doors were the last to be affixed following all building work being completed. Also the doors were kept safely and remained in their packaging. I explained the situation and the company noted it was the glue and recommended to sand the door and try priming again but we had already done this which I explained. Then as I had been honest about the renovation this was then used against me and I was told I was basically lying and this fault in the door was due to damage caused. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all!

Tom at Climadoor was very helpful, explaining how the different models vary and helping make the right choice. Very happy now the doors are installed, they look great and had no issues with the process.

Selected the wrong size door when I bought on line. I called and you helped resolve the issue. Was very pleased with the speed and quality of response.
