AVOID!! GO ELSEWHERE
1Very nice when they sell you something until something goes wrong
Had a nightmare getting a refund took 2 months
Had to go to the police after was blackmailed into taking review down or they wouldn't issue a refund
Thankfully the police was very helpful
Them telling police I was abusive and threatening did not work with the police and they got me my refund
The customer purchased a secondhand powerchair from us on 6 Sep for £950. They reported an issue and so we sent our engineer who diagnosed that a replacement part was required. We were advised that this part was no longer available, therefore we offered a full refund. They returned the chair to our Woking branch and demanded the refund in cash. Unfortunately, the till float was not enough to be able to process a cash refund. He was offered a cheque or bank transfer but this wasn’t accepted. He then became abusive and accused staff of trying to rip him off. A member of staff was reduced to tears due to their behaviour. Our Staines branch had sufficient cash on-site and so the product was taken there for a full refund. Whilst we understand the frustrations, the availability of parts is outside of our control. Expecting such a large refund in cash is not reasonable and most retailers do not carry large cash floats. In this scenario there was no need for abusive behaviour towards our team
