They arrived and completed the job. I placed the sofas back to their resting position the next day. However to my horror I discovered three NEW very noticeable stains on my carpet where my sofas had been resting!
I called Clean it Good. Their response, "Sometimes the varnish of the feet on furniture can stain the carpet when it has been washed. It is not common and only happens with more expensive furniture not IKEA type furniture. I've had this happen before and there's nothing I can do about it sorry. It can be prevented if foil is put under the feet but we are busy and don't remember to do to this because it doesn't happen often. The carpet fibres are stained so you'll have to buy new carpet!"
There you have it. I now have permanently stained carpet due to unprofessional cleaners. Not even any attempt to rectify the situation...
