I have been using the services of Clayford London Ltd for quite a few years now and can always rely on a job done to the highest standards. Recently our home in Brixton underwent a 6 month refurbishment and the quality of the work is exceptional. The attention to detail is to be commended and the after service care something that was not expected but very nice to have. The proprietor, Rob, is a genuinely nice guy, kept everyone informed about progress on all works and discussed the various options once snags happened (as they always will with older houses). I can thoroughly recommend Rob and his teams for any building work from decorating a small bedroom to a complete renovation.

Over the last 5 years we have used Clayford for a variety of repairs and renovations on our house in Dulwich. These have included external repairs to the main roof, repointing, gutters, stonework and paintwork and internally the installation of a ground floor toilet. On every occasion the works have been carried out to a high standard and we have been very happy with the service. We have always been given accurate quotes on the work required and all projects have run on time and to budget. We feel we have been well advised throughout the projects and would certainly use them again for future repairs and renovations.

Seven years back we got Clayford in. Their first job was the leaking patio above the main bedroom. 4 previous builders didn't stop the water coming in. Clayford fixed it. Since then they have delivered on: the entire ground floor refurb, happily working with a kitchen designer and complete repointing of the entire rear elevation. Their next job on the rear bedroom awaits.

4. Oversight of specialist contractors - when they're in, the proprietor always checks on where they've got to.
