We are a small and friendly dual use centre that aims to provide facilities and classes to all, regardless of your ability level or personal aims.

* 25m x 4 lane Swimming Pool

We have an extensive range of classes and courses such as Group Exercise, Swimming, Kayaking and Football, all scheduled to cater for today’s busy lifestyles. No matter what your fitness/skill level you'll be in good hands with our qualified and motivated staff.
