Clarks Thornaby Teesside Park

Came to the store on Sunday as I made an appointment for my daughter to be measured , lovely girl measured my daughter but because she was in womens size she told me to go over to the womens shoes and sow own would help, a lady told me to look at the shoes and let her know if my daughter seen anything she liked. We picked a shoe and told the lady who after about 10 minutes come out with the wrong shoe and she walked away, I had to find her to tell her they were too big and the wrong shoe. She then went to get the shoe in the smaller size and it was still the wrong shoe, she never stood with us or helped us in any way, I ended up putting the shoes by the till and walking out m, never again will k go to clarkes, and I go there every year for my daughters shoes without fail, but never again

Took my nine year old daughter who hates buying shoes but the satff were very patient with her and never grumbled when she kept saying they hurt!!
Shocked at the price £60 for two pairs but other wise impressed
