Very busy pharmacy, but the staff handle the work load well and deliver great service. They go above and beyond to help with any issues or questions regarding treatment options and have assisted me several times with prescription mix ups etc.

The new head (I’m assuming) pharmacist is very quick, efficient and knowledgeable and he’s always happy to help. I find all the staff to be patient and kind, even when run off their feet. I’ve witnessed them manage to stay calm many times when people are abrupt, rude and demanding and I’m grateful to have such a great pharmacy so close by.

JoeD-479 I must agree with you. I had been going to this pharmacy for over 16 years and since new owner came along it is very sad to say that new pharmacist (Asian gentleman) it had been very rude and in general made me stop using this pharmacy. If I could I would give no stars.

This chemist had a great reputation and although some issues arise, the service was always friendly. Unfortunately the staff have changed and the manner of some of them leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of making up stories I wish people would just put their hands up and admit when they make a mistake. Speaking with attitude and being extremely unhelpful, is what's to be expected from this chemist. Very Sad!!!

I am self isolating because my husband has covid. I needed my inhalers urgently and pharmacist prescribed and delivered within hours. Thanks so much

Lovely staff, very warm and welcoming. They know their client base. Pharmacist is lovely.

Shop is comfortable and atmosphere is friendly. Very clean.
