We are an independent mixed practice dealing with all aspects of Commercial and Industrial Property, including Retail, Office, Industrial, Restaurants and Bars, Businesses and D1 (Medical, Religious, Educational, Crèche etc) primarily throughout Greater London and the Home Counties. We also have an active Investment Department dealing with Income producing and vacant Investments Nationwide.

Established in 1983, we are founded on two fundamental principles of a dedicated personal client service allied to the achievement of the best possible results.

We are a firm with a broad range of clients, from some of the UK’s largest companies and household names to small family run businesses and private individuals.

We pay special attention to new clients who are setting out in business and treading the boards for the first time.

Our professional departments deal with Valuations, Surveyors, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and rating advice.
