I definitely struck lucky with Lawrence from Claridge's. Within hours of me casting out quotes to several firms, he was back with a fair price. Within minutes of delivering the sofa he made a start! Not on what I thought was wrong, but on what he KNEW was wrong. Lawrence's efficiency and professionalism is something you don't see nowadays. The communication is clear and precise and the job was executed in super fast time. I'm delighted with the outcome and planning on him refurbing the rest of the suite.
