I had such a great driver to take me into London. He made sure I got in on time for my appointment. Thank you.

My Mum has used this company for a few years and they have always been good but l was very cross and disappointed in them last week. A driver picked my Mum up from her home and dropped her off at the hairdressers in Addlestone. When my Mum walked away from the car, she discovered that she had left a bag in there. As soon as she got into the hairdressers, she told them. They phoned Claremont Cars to tell them. They were told that the driver had got back to West Byfleet. Rubbish!!! There was no way that, in that little short time, the driver would have got back there from Addlestone. My Mum was charged again....£8:00!!! To bring the bag back.
Disgusting!!! She will never use them again and we will make sure we let people know what the company is like!!! Terrible!!!

Booked a taxi to collect me from a work event in London. Arrived promptly and a good ride home however I was then told there would’ve an extra £12.50 charge for the ULEZ. This was not made clear on the booking. I was quoted a price which didn’t include this. Very poor service. The price is a price. It make it very clear at booking as this was not!

If it hadn’t been for the driver who was exceptionally polite and pleasant I’d have reviewed a 1 star and never returned. The operator was smug, rude and dismissive. Sort it out!
