Clare & Co are a local firm of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Agents with offices in Farnham (Surrey) and Farnborough (Hampshire) from where they advise clients on all aspects of Commercial Property. Their services include Sales, Lettings, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Disposals, Valuations, Investments and Management of Office, Retail, and Industrial Property 50 miles radius of the firm's two offices. The company was founded in Farnham 30 years ago as an Independent Property Consultancy with links to the town's business and professional community. Principal of the practice, Graeme Ricketts, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978 and was elected a Fellow in 1989. Graeme has extensive experience gained in both the City and West End of London, having worked for international firms, including Cushman & Wakefield. He acquired the business of Clare & Co in 1991. In 2009 Farnborough Office was opened by David Savage who was previously a Director of Austin Phoenix.
