As a company that has been in business for over 40 years and often with repeat business we always strive to provide a good service and good quality windows. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact you to discuss this matter as we can't tell who this is from just the name so we would like to ask you to call the office to discuss any issues you have with the windows. Going forward we would encourage you do do this before writing a review on here which can be quite detrimental to a small business especially during these difficult times and without knowing all the facts. If you call us we can talk things through with you and also possibly send someone out to look at any damage that has been caused so that where possible we can resolve any issues.
