The driver's constantly charged what he want and the fact that he drove around the car park for five minutes trying to get his card reader working it's 2025, that 5 minutes cost me to miss my train and wait another hour. It's unacceptable I would give this place one star because they are constantly changing their prices from 8 pound to 12 pound 50 the same location the same drop off point the same amount of passengers and the exact same route. I would highly recommend choosing a different service. If you don't want to be overcharged.

Worst taxi office in Newry. Would be quicker walking to your destination than waiting on someone to come from clanrye. Also the girl/whatever her pronoun was that was working last night could do with an intensive course to help her/her pronoun learn to deal with customers.

I called a taxi and this old guy came up to my grandson he put the bags in the boot and the trolley fell of the edge and it didn’t hit the car and he was shouting at him then my grandson asked where taxi service he was from to confirm it was our he said he wasn’t doing called my grandson a cheeky little fff and drove off then we called another taxi told this guy what happens he called his boss and told her and she was rude and said I quote I don’t care

Rang to say I left phone in taxi, which I already paid and tipped the taxi man (not his fault) but the woman in office was rude and just hung up on me, she could not care less about my issue and was rude, not good at all

Absolutely brutal service! Told me to phone back in 20 minutes when I was completely happy to wait the hour. Disgraceful service- you would be safer walking...or hitch hiking!
